| | Many Christians feel guilty when they think of reading the Bible. Though they want to love reading Scripture, they rarely have time for more than a few verses on the run. But the Bible is not meant to be a burden. It is the story of God’s passionate love for His children. It is also not a book of mystical incantations. It is a best friend offering counsel and companionship. And it is not a distant relic, but something very near. Near enough, in fact, to be every reader’s story. So how do Christians delight in this story rather than see it as a source of failure? The founder of the immensely popular Daily Audio Bible, Brian Hardin shows readers how reading through the Bible in a year will change their life and the lives of others. Passages shows readers how to read the Bible and offers practical ideas for immersing themselves in God’s life-giving words. Here readers will discover that reading the Bible can be a breathtaking adventure.

The book will be available in audio form. Just not here. We'll announce it as soon as it releases. It will also be available for Nook, Kindle and iBooks. The book will be available through traditional book outlets worldwide and here at DAB we are working on a shipping solution globally that will allow any store items to be shipped significantly less than we can currently do it.

I'm also looking forward for the audiobook edition, may God bless all your work, this is my first DAB year :) and it's been an amazing journey! greetings from Guatemala. I just wanted to suggest to maybe... make it available through christianaudio.com? I'd love to hear the audiobook, but I only get DRM free audiobooks ;), is just the freedom of choosing the audio book player anyone wants that I prefer this, even if more expensive, but is worth it.

I bought the book Saturday night when I met Brian in Houston. All I can say is wow! I could not put it down. I read it in about 3 hours. A very informative, eye opening book. If only more people thought like he did we would live in a much better world. I hope everyone reads this book and receive the peace that God wants each of you to have. My husband and I have been going thru a lot of stressfully situations including family illness, job loss but I know God will take care of us. He did yesterday when things were looking very bleak in our lives he got a new job and a raise ! God is so good. Loved meeting Brian and Jill and loved the book!!!!

I've been reading the Bible with Brian since about halfway through his first revolution in 2006. Before that time, I'd determined to read the Bible in a year, started well, and consistently fizzled by the time I hit February or the book of Numbers. The perspective on the Bible that Brian Hardin portrays has changed my life.
I've lived much of my life seeking affirmation from any place I could get it; whether that's people praising me for a character quality I portray or a solution developed that truly helps someone do their job better. As the book Ecclesiastes tells us, though, all of these efforts are ultimately fleeting and empty.
The Bible, and the Father I am coming to know through it, is a source of comfort, encouragement, and redemption that goes beyond anything I could ever conjure up on my own or obtain from another person. It is a well of living water that never runs dry, and walking through it daily for the past 6 years has truly changed my life.
I encourage YOU to enjoy and be uplifted by Brian's perspective on how reading the Bible in a year will truly change EVERYTHING for you.

Ive listened to Daily audio bible for a while now and have the felt the same Brian explains in his book. The excuse of not having the time and so many others reason i don't feel up to it. But how explains the reasoning and change that takes place is like hes reading from my journal. I believe the 20-30 minutes i spend each day weather reading of hearing is beneficial to my whole outlook and outcome of my life. Thanks Brian for stepping out in faith as you explained in your book, so many lives have been changed by gods involvement. have fun and enjoy

I went to the bookstore today and all they had was a different passages with the same cover. Is there two of them? The one I saw was not the bible. Do you not sell the NIV version on your website? I checked out amazon and saw that there were two versions. Thanks, Marla Schwartz
