On the forums or in other ways can I link to other ministries or other products that I think would be beneficial to the community?

The short answer is, Probably Not... but in the interest of being clear here’s an explanation.

The Daily Audio Bible is obviously a large community and therefore is a great place to make people aware of all sorts of different things but it can get out of control so fast that we’ve generally not allowed direct linking to resources or ministries that we do not have a relationship with. That is not to say that these products, services or ministries aren’t completely legitimate, we just don’t know that. Spam is a really tough thing to battle and it’s gotten out of control here in the past to the point that we’ve had to establish safeguards to keep the community experience interactive without turning into a commercial for things.

This is no guarantee and it may take some time for review depending on what it is but that’s the only way to begin the process. At some point in the future we may find a better solution but for right now we feel strongly about not endorsing what we do not know or understand.
