Registration Fees: $250 per registrant. Tuition for this event covers all costs for accommodations, meals, teaching and event supplies. It does not include transportation to and from the event. A shuttle from Nashville International Airport to the WindFarm Cafe and on to Camp NaCoMe on Thursday and then a return shuttle to the airport will be available for an additional $60 per person.

Audience:
Due to the intimate and personal nature of the content, Captivating cannot be viewed as a Mother/Daughter event. We strongly encourage mothers and daughters to attend, but twe encourage them to participate in different events, at least for each of their first experiences of the retreat. Due to the nature and depth of the content and experience, Captivating is not designed for youth. You must have completed high school or be at least eighteen years of age to attend. Unfortunately, this retreat is not designed to offer childcare, and it is not able to provide for nursing moms. We do pray that God would supernaturally provide for your children while you are away, and for nursing moms we pray with all our heart that Jesus would make a way for you to participate in a future retreat.

Cancellation by Registrant
Full payment is required at the time your reservation is made for this event. You may cancel your registration and receive a refund of your registration fee up to 3 weeks prior to the date of the event; provided, however, you will be charged a $100.00 handling fee upon the cancellation of your registration. In the event that you cancel your registration less than 3 weeks prior to the date of the event, you will forfeit the entire registration fee. Regardless of when you cancel your registration, your registration is not transferable to another event, date, or person.

If the event is made impossible by any act of God, war, earthquake, fire, strike, sickness, accident, epidemic, act of government, its agencies or officers, or any other legitimate cause beyond our control, we will cancel the event and will refund your full Captivating Tennessee event registration fee to you.
